Henry L. Jones is an award-winning poet, artist, and playwright. Jones, the 2021 Poet Laureate of Hendersonville, Tennessee, has published internationally. His work’s inspired by his African heritage and the Diaspora. He’s participated in fellowships, residencies and visiting artist/writer programs. Black Skillet Blues: Poetry without Cornbread is his upcoming book.
