DESCRIPTION:Storm Large: musician\, actor\, playwright\, author\, awesome. She shot to national prominence in 2006 as a finalist on the CBS show Rock Star: Supernova. There\, despite having been eliminated the week before the finale\, Storm built a fanbase that follows her around the world. Additionally\, she was seen on the 2021 season of America’s Got Talent.  Storm spent the 1990s singing in clubs throughout San Francisco. Tired of the club scene\, she moved to Portland to pursue a new career as a chef. However\, a last-minute cancellation at a Portland club turned into a standing weekly engagement for Storm and her new band\, The Balls. It wasn’t long before Storm had a cult-like following in Portland. Then\, this renewed her singing career that was soon to be launched onto the international stage. Storm continues to tour concert halls across the country with her band Le Bonheur. She also appears as a special guest on Michael Feinstein’s Shaken & Stirred tour. Alongside Liza Minnelli and Joel Grey\, Storm joined Michael Feinstein as special guest with the Pasadena Pops. In the 18-19 season\, she performed her one-woman autobiographical musical memoir Crazy Enough. Storm made her debut as guest vocalist with the band Pink Martini in April 2011. There\, she sang four sold-out concerts with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington\, DC. She continues to perform with the band\, nationally and internationally\, and is featured on their 2013 album Get Happy. Storm has also sung with Grammy winner k.d. lang\, pianist Kirill Gerstein\, and punk rocker John Doe. Also\, singer/songwriter Rufus Wainwright\, and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer George Clinton.

We hope to see you there! \nLive Performances:\n2PM: To Laugh is To Live – The Mabel Stage\n“To Laugh is to Live!” is a hilarious theatrical adventure featuring family entertainer Kenny Ahern. The show is perfectly suited for the Mabel Tainter stage. You will be introduced to a whimsical and comic world where the audience happily becomes partners with Kenny’s lovable character. Prepare to laugh\, snort\, and guffaw as you experience a joyful sense of wonder that will leave you wishing for more.\nKenny has years of experience winning audiences’ hearts on stages around the world\, including Singapore\, Russia\, Poland\, Japan\, England\, Hong Kong\, France\, Canada\, Hungary\, India\, and Taiwan. His captivating performance style masterfully blends physical comedy\, improvisation\, music\, dance\, and circus/variety arts.\n“I’m not a solo act because so many audience members (grown-ups and kids) join me on stage\,” Kenny proudly proclaims. “I want my new partners to feel great when they leave the stage. I want them to be the stars!”\nIt’s a funny\, heartwarming show that speaks volumes without saying a word. \n4PM: The Home Grown Tomatoes Band – The Main Street Stage\n6PM: Michael Perry and The Long Beds – The Main Street Stage\nMichael Perry and the Long Beds feature all-original songs written and sung by Michael Perry (New York Times bestselling author of numerous books including: Population 485\, Truck\, The Scavengers\, and Visiting Tom). Perry began writing music in the early 1990s as a way to break up all-night typing sessions when he was struggling to survive on prose. Eventually a musician friend invited him to play a coffee shop gig. “I’m not saying I was nervous\, but I cranked out a sixty-minute set list in thirty-two minutes flat\,” says Perry.\nSince then Michael has released 4 albums\, several singles\, and toured backed by a collection of renowned musicians who have performed on numerous stages throughout the world (including The Tonight Show\, Austin City Limits\, and Eaux Claires festival) and worked with a host of artists\, including Bon Iver\, S.
