The Communication Skills Showcase is a celebration of student work in the English, Philosophy, and Communication Studies Department. The event will include presentations and student work from first year composition and communication courses, philosophy, advanced writing, and digital humanities as well as an opportunity for audience members to interact with students and discuss their work.
The Communication Skills Showcase will also recognize the finalists and the winners of the Andrea Deacon Writing Award, which recognizes excellence in first year composition courses.
The Showcase will be held Wednesday April 16h, from 6:00-8:00 PM in MSC Ballrooms A&B. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be available.
