Confused about protein? You’re not alone, and social media isn’t making it any easier. Join us for this interactive, hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn how to build balanced, satisfying meals without relying on protein powders, restrictive rules, or viral hacks that don’t hold up.

Open to all community members, this class is designed as a fun experience whether you come on your own, bring a friend, plan a date night, or join with your tween/teen child (12+) for a memorable shared activity. See information on a discount if you register as a pair!

Together, we’ll cut through the noise around high-protein diets and trending nutrition advice. We’ll start with a short, engaging discussion that breaks down common nutrition myths—like how much protein you actually need, whether more is always better, and how to spot misleading claims online. Then, you’ll head into the kitchen to put those ideas into action by preparing a flavorful, high-protein crispy rice bowl packed with crunchy veggies, savory protein, and a bold sriracha sauce.

Designed to build real-life skills in cooking, nutrition literacy, and meal planning, this class offers a practical (and delicious) way to feel more confident with food while enjoying a fun experience with someone special—or treating yourself to something new.
