W-Stout’s 2024 Cabot Executive-in-Residence proudly welcomes the return of three distinguished women in leadership: Denise Coogan, Shelly Ibach (’81), and MG Marcia Anderson. Denise Coogan, a leader in sustainability initiatives; Shelly Ibach, an innovative CEO in the sleep industry; and Major General Marcia Anderson, the first African-American woman to achieve the rank of Major General in the U.S. Army, bring a collective 25 years of additional knowledge and experience to Stout since their previous lecture. Their diverse backgrounds and deep insights into leadership will inspire and empower attendees.
