Guitarist Felipe Vargas de Magdaleno Moraes will present a recital of classical guitar music in the sumptuous surroundings of Oaklawn Inn in the next offering of the Inn's Classical Music Concert Series. Moraes teaches guitar at UWEC Department of Music and has performed internationally.
