Join us for our 5th annual 22K Group Ruck/Walk to help bring awareness to Veteran suicide. When we started this ruck, twenty-two veterans were dying every day by suicide. Now the Dept of Veteran Affairs report 20 veterans die every day by suicide…that is 20 too many! Please help us bring awareness to this cause and raise money to support VETERANS AND FAMILIES STRUGGLING IN THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY. This event is for EVERYONE- you do not need a ruck or need to be in the military to participate.

Registration at 9am
Ruck/Walk starts at 10am
The route will start at Riverside Park in Menomonie. We will have multiple water station stops along the route.
Please consider hanging out with us after the ruck. If there are enough people hungry we will feed you
